FloydFest is a four-day celebration in July of music and art nestled in the Blue Ridge Mountains of southwest Virginia.
Bridging the gap between genres, generations and cultures, the festival features more than 100 performers on 10 stages.
Floyd is located in Floyd County in southwestern Virginia, about 20 miles south of Christiansburg and 42 miles southwest of Roanoke.
Local attractions include the Blue Ridge Parkway, Buffalo Mountain (3,971 feet tall and part of a state nature preserve), Jacksonville Center for the Arts and the picturesque and historic Mabry Mill. Chateau Morrisette is a well-known local winery.
From the stoplight in Floyd, take Route 221 South to Canning Factory Road and turn left. Go 0.1 miles to Black Ridge Road and turn right.
Go seven miles to Blue Ridge Parkway and turn left. Go 0.5 miles to Route 720 and turn right. Go one miles to the festival location and turn right.
