Roanoke Festival in the Park

Roanoke Festival in the Park is an annual event that has taken place every Memorial Day weekend since 1969. The event location is Elmwood Park.

Musicians perform at the Elmwood Park amphitheater.

Artists and craftpeople display everything from paintings to wood-turning, photography to jewelry made out of silverware, and many other mediums from exotic to rustic.

Vendors sell unique and regional food supplies, comic books and toys, clothing, and a large assortment of other items to browse and purchase.

Family activities include Fireman’s Foam, arts and crafts, small games, inflatable obstacle courses and bouncy houses, Clifford the Big Red Dog, and a huge playground.
